1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within a 3km radius from our restaurant. If your delivery address is beyond this range, we recommend inquiring about delivery availability or opting for in-store pickup.

2. Delivery Time

Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday, though it may vary based on order volume and traffic conditions.

3. Delivery Fees

We do not charge any delivery fees for orders within our 3km delivery range.

4. In-Store Pickup

We also offer the option to pick up your orders directly from the restaurant during operating hours, from 9 AM to 9 PM. Please select the pickup option during checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is confirmed via email. Customers may cancel or modify their order within 2 minutes of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

6. Delivery Issues and Refund Policy

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing or incorrect items, you must report the issue within 15 minutes of receiving your order. We will review the situation and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

7. Failed Delivery

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our team will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to complete the delivery, the order may be returned to the restaurant, and you may be responsible for any reattempt delivery fees or asked to pick up the order.
